The controller of personal data, which processing rules are described below, is GINDI sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: GINDI, we) with its registered office in Gdańsk at Aleja Grunwaldzka 56/202, Poland. You can contact us at the e-mail address (via e-mail at) kontakt@gindi.pl or by post to the address of our office.

We process backer’s basic personal data, such as name, surname, postal address, e-mail, bank account number. To the same extent, we process our online store customers personal data. We process the given data, primarily an e-mail address from persons who ordered our newsletter and have agreed to receive commercial information. We also process data and metadata that result from the use of our website.

We process all data primarily for contracts/agreements implementation, but also for tax and accounting purposes. Due to tax regulations, we store all transactions data for a period of 5 years after they were carried out. We may also process the personal data provided for the purpose of direct marketing, in this respect the data is processed until an objection is made or it loses its validity. 

We entrust processed personal data to entities with whom we permanently cooperate and who are responsible for IT and accounting services. These entities operate on the basis of entrustment agreements and are equally obliged to protect all personal data. The data is stored on servers located in the European Economic Area and are securely kept in paper
form at our headquarters. Personal data is not transferred outside of the European Union or to international organizations.

In relation to personal data, you have the right to request access to data, right to rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, or the right to object processing, as well as the right to transfer data and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office). In the case of the newsletter, you also have the right to withdraw consent, which, however, does not affect the current processing.
